Personal

With the exception of a short stay in Italy, I have lived in the Washington DC area all my life. I was a resident of Chevy Chase for 15 years and of Middletown, MD for the last 3 1/2 years. My son goes to St James in Hagerstown, so I travel along the famous historic highway of Route 40 every day into Washington County. I have worked with many clients (both buyers and sellers) and have some great school reports on the area which I provide on request.I have done extensive research in the real estate industry both domestically and overseas and have conducted in-depth research on second home markets during 2004. I have a B.S. from the University of Maryland in Finance and Economics and 20 years experience senior manager experience running large contract project in the software service industry, for the Federal Goverment, and multi-national organizations.

St James School is an excellent college prep school, 30 miles from Middletown and other Frederick towns. In Washington County, you wont believe how good the schools are.
